Work Location:

  • For candidate now in Malaysia - Menara KEN TTDI, Kuala Lumpur (Near Bandar Utama Shopping Mall)

  • For candidate now in Singapore - Work From Home (WFH) until border is open then relocate to Malaysia

Job Summary:
Telephone customer service for Taiwanese users of Food Delivery Service Mobile App company.

Mainly handling customer queries coming from Taiwan customer segment and Partners related to usage of App, issues related to order placing experience, promo codes and other related ordering queries. Primary role of our consultants is to provide world class support experience by resolving the issue for the very first time.

Salary Package :

  • Basic Salary RM6,000 to 7,000 per month

Working Hours:

  • 5 days per week working (from Monday to Sunday, including public holiday)
  • 9 hours hour shift per day (including 1 hour lunch break)

  • Note:​Shift hours might change in the future due to business needs.

 

Requirements:

  • Native Taiwanese + basic English
  • Degree holder (for work visa requirements) OR Malaysia spouse visa
  • Due to restrictive movement control we can only consider applicants currently in Malaysia or in Singapore
