Legendary Japanese Rock Band L’Arc-en-Ciel is a Fan of Girls’ Generation

The legendary Japanese rock band L’Arc-en-Ciel revealed their love for Girls’ Generation in a recent interview.

During the interview that took place ahead of the group’s third Korean concert, scheduled for May 5, L’Arc-en-Ciel was asked what makes them most excited for this concert. The group answered, “We are expecting to see one of the K-Pop artists to come see our concert…for example, Girls’ Generation.”

But it wasn’t just the group’s answer that fascinated the fans. It was the way the legendary group almost seemed to blush at the mention of Girls’ Generation, as you don’t see a group of L’Arc-en-Ciel’s stature show that type of response to Korean idol groups.

L’Arc-en-Ciel is one of the most prominent rock groups in Japan, having sold over 13 million albums and 16 million singles. Since their debut in 1991, they’ve continued to produce smash hit singles, and have ranked #58 on a list of the top 100 Japanese pop musicians by HMV Japan.
