I’m customer of Skyscanner, I bought the ticket in this Aug from sky scanner transfer in Shanghai, going to France.
When I’m on board China eastern airline, they said I need to hold ''mainland travel permit'', they do not allow me to take the plane.
Also ask me to buy other one ticket. I contact with your customer service, you sent me the message is:
